Inbox Manager connects your organization's Gmail mailboxes into a single, secure workspace so your team can read, organize, reply to, and track email in one place — without sharing passwords or switching between accounts. It is built for behavioral-health admissions teams and is designed to be HIPAA-aware: access is scoped per workspace and every view of message content is logged.
What we access from Google, and why
- Read your Gmail messages (
gmail.readonly) — to display, search, and organize your mail inside the app. We never sell it, use it for advertising, or let a human read it except as you direct in the app. - Send email on your behalf (
gmail.send) — so you can reply and compose from your connected address, from within the app.
